Eswatini MTN Premier League champions Nsingizini Hotspurs have sold two more players, Sambulo Simelane and the 23-year-old left-back KwakheThwala, to Zimbabwean sides.
A statement from the club confirms that the 24-year centre-forward Simelane has joined HardRock FC with fellow Castle Lager Premier League side Scottland FC signing Thwala.
“The club has received and accepted an offer from Hard Rock for the permanent transfer of Sambulo Simelane. Details of the deal have been finalised and Hard Rock FC has agreed personal terms with the player,” reads the statement.
“Whilst he will be greatly missed in the Nsingizini family, his future comes first and we are very thankful for his contribution to the success of the club. We wish him all the best in his new challenge and applaud the professional conduct displayed by HardRock FC in the process of the transfer.”
The duo has joined striker Joel Madondo in exiting Nsingizini Hotspurs. The Ugandan secured a move to Richards Bay FC in South Africa.
Meanwhile, the MTN Premier League enters the second round this coming weekend with seven games lined up.
