Betway Premiership side TS Galaxy has made significant strides in strengthening their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season, announcing the acquisition of eight new players.
This recruitment drive comes after the Rockets, who enjoyed a second consecutive top-half finish last season, saw key players like Kamogelo Sebelebele and Sphiwe Mahlangu depart for Orlando Pirates and Sekhukhune United, respectively, while Dženan Zajmović and Keagan Dolly also left the club.
Headlining the new arrivals is former Chiefs DDC captain Ntandoyenkosi Nkosi. He is joined by seven other talents, including the experienced veteran striker Sedwyn George, who previously played for Royal AM and Highbury FC. The club has also secured the services of Onke Moletshe, a player they had pursued in the past, who joins from Venda FC.

Further bolstering their ranks, TS Galaxy welcomes Anslin Williams, a 26-year-old winger from JDR Stars who also had a stint at NB La Masia. From the same club, they’ve added central midfielder Matome Mmolai, whom Galaxy president Tim Sukazi has likened to Bathusi Aubaas, with high hopes for his future.
The midfield has been further reinforced with the addition of Mzwandile Dlamini, formerly of Royal AM. In central defence, Veluyeke Zulu has finally penned a contract after a prolonged period training with the club, having previously been with AmaZulu. Completing the octet of signings is the promising 17-year-old Siyabonga Nguessan from Mpumalanga, tipped for a bright future.

The club is also reportedly close to securing Junior Zindonga from Marumo Gallants, with a few outstanding issues to resolve. These signings aim to offset the departures and ensure TS Galaxy remains competitive as they kick off their new campaign with an MTN8 quarter-final clash against Sekhukhune United on Saturday. The club is actively working to clear its transfer bans to register these new players.
