Exclusive: Ibenge to Azam FC not yet finalized – talks ongoing

Pan Africa Football has learned exclusively that the deal to appoint Florent Ibenge as head coach of Tanzanian side Azam FC has not yet been finalized.

A source from Azam FC denied to Pan Africa Football that any official agreement has been reached or that Ibenge has signed a contract with the club.

The same source told us exclusively: “There are some issues going on. Ibenge had offers from big clubs—Top, top clubs. But he is interested in coming to Tanzania.”

Despite the current delays, the source expressed optimism that the deal could be completed in the coming days.
