Former Accra Lions forward Ezekiel Alladoh increased his season’s tally with a goal for IF Brommapojkarna who lost 4-3 at Elfsborg in the Swedish Allsvenskan league on Thursday.

The home side fired themselves ahead very early in the game when Nicklas Hult opened the score with just seven minutes of action played. The hosts doubled their lead four minutes after finding the opener through the boot of Frederik Ihler who capitalized on a defensive lapse to make it 2-0.

Brommapojkarna however recovered to pull two goals back when Alladoh was perfectly positioned to slot home a pass from Wilmer Odefalk to peg the game at 2-1 on the 23rd minute. Four minutes after Alladoh’s goal came the equalizer from Alex Timossi Andersson.

Elfsborg left no space for defeat as substitute Leo Ostman struck twice in the second half to restore the hosts’ two-goal cushion.

Danish attacker Victor Lind pulled one back for Brommapojkarna in the 84th minute, but it was too little, too late to claw a point for the visitors. Alladoh, 19, has now scored four goals in eight matches, reinforcing his growing reputation in Scandinavia.
