The draw for the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2025 has been held in Doha, Qatar, at Raffles Hotel, setting the stage for what will be a historic edition of the tournament.
Scheduled to take place in Qatar from November 3 to 27, 2025, this will be the first time the competition features 48 national teams.
The expanded format includes 12 groups of four teams each, with the top two teams from every group, along with the eight best third-placed teams, advancing to the Round of 32.
From that point on, the tournament will follow a straight knockout format.
