With competition for spots heating up, every player has been pushing to impress in training for the Uganda Cranes who clash in the opening match from Thursday's action from 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying for the African region.
Uganda are in Cairo, Egypt where they face Group G foes Mozambique, who are tied atop the group with Algeria on nine points with the Cranes three points back in a tight group.
