Gor Mahia coach Sinisa Mihic has blasted match officials following their hard-fought 1-0 FKF Premier League win against KCB at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Monday.

In the rescheduled fixture after it was rained off on Monday following heavy rains that pounded Machakos County and it environs, midfielder Austin Odhiambo scored the only goal of the game from a well-curled free kick to give the record champions maximum points.

However, speaking after the game, the Croat took issues with officiating during the closely fought contest saying many decisions had gone against his side.

“Important thing I have to say sorry to the referee, it was not good from my side. I apologise. But we all have eyes, we are not stupid. Right? Many wrong decisions and it's not just this game, but many games,” Mihic told Pan-Africa Football.

“I don’t know, who is controlling the referees, but they should see the game and make their judgement. You can’t give 30 fouls, 25 for one team, without a single yellowcard. We never had eight minutes. I see some things in the league eight, 10 minutes if the result is 0-0. I start to be very suspicious now. I don't believe in any referees anymore.”

The win enabled Gor Mahia to cut Kenya Police FC lead at the summit to three points and helped them to keep the third spot, behind second-placed Tusker.
