Former Hearts of Oak defender Konadu Yiadom has signed for Israeli Liga Leumit (second tier) club Hapoel Kfar Saba ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The tall and lanky centre back joined his new club following the expiration of his contract with the Phobians who failed to extend his stay. The 24-year-old made 18 appearances in the Ghana Premier League for Hearts of Oak this past season, scoring in the season finale from a 1-0 victory over Samartex.

Yiadom joined the record Ghana FA Cup holders in August 2022 from now lower tier side WAFA, becoming an instant hit in defence. He spent time on loan at Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih but failed to make an appearance at the Ukrainian outfit before returning to Hearts of Oak for the start of the 2024/25 campaign.

Hapoel Kfar Saba finished seventh in the Liga Leumit table this past season and will be looking to improve on that in the coming season. Yiadom is expected to play a pivotal role for Hapoel Kfar Saba as they aim to secure promotion to the Israeli Premier League.
