Frank Onyeka awarded POTM in Coventry victory

Frank Onyeka continued his impactful form in the EFL Championship as the Nigerian midfielder was named Player of the Match in Coventry City’s 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns on Saturday.

​Making only his second appearance for the Sky Blues, the Super Eagles midfielder’s presence was felt throughout the match; he was instrumental in the midfield dominance of Frank Lampard’s side.

Ephron Mason-Clark and Jack Rudoni provided the goals for the visitors to secure the three points.

​It was Coventry City’s first away victory in the Championship since November 25, marking a significant turning point for the club as the push for a move to the Premier League.
