The win extended Nations FC’s unbeaten run in the Ghana Premier League to three games, giving them confidence ahead of their tough week 26 fixture against record holders Asante Kotoko.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Frimpong Manso praised his players for a good performance, insisting that the target is to stretch their unbeaten run.
“I think in the first half we took control and controlled the game. We had two goals, and in the second half, they also came in the midfield and tried to play.
“All the same, it’s a good score line, but we need to know when to go for a goal and when to hold onto the ball. For us, it was a good game. We scored two goals last week, and this week we have scored three, so it tells us we are improving with our goal scoring,” Frimpong Manso said.
