Galatasaray have reportedly rejected Napoli’s new demands as they try to secure the signature of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen on a permanent move this summer.
This was reported on Monday by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano via his X (formerly Twitter).
Romano, who has been closely following the transfer of the 27 year old, said that the Italian side and Galatasaray have an issue in the year in which the balance fee of Osimhen should be paid.
“Galatasaray reject Napoli new conditions for Victor Osimhen deal, talks will continue… if conditions change again.
Napoli asked for €40m now plus €35m to be paid by 2026 plus a sell-on clause.
Galatasaray want to pay €35m by 2027 and refuse to include a sell-on clause.”
Osimhen is keen to return to Galatasaray on a permanent basis, after spending last season on loan in Istanbul.
The Nigeria who had a falling out with Napoli reportedly rejected other clubs as he eyes a move only to the Turkish champions.
