Galatasaray send another offer to Napoli for Victor Osimhen

Galatasaray have reportedly submitted an official improved bid to Napoli in their quest for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen this summer, offering €60 million.
According to earlier reports on Monday July 7, 2025, Galatasaray's first bid for Osimhen was €50 million plus €5 million in add-ons, totaling €55 million, and this initial offer was reportedly rejected by Napoli, who are holding out for the strikers €75 million release clause.
However, Turkish football pundit Yağız Sabuncuoğlu in a post on his X account on Monday disclosed that a second offer has been put on the table, as player to club discussion have already been concluded and are not going to be a problem.
“Galatasaray, having reached an agreement with Victor Osimhen, made another official offer to Napoli, proposing 60 million euros. Galatasaray will hold talks with the player this week to finalize Victor Osimhen’s transfer.”
Osimhen spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Galatasaray, where he scored 37 goals in all competitions and snatched a hat-trick of awards individual awards from highest goal scorer to beat player of the season and goal of the season.
The Nigerian also played a pivotal role in the Turkish side to lift a domestic double.
