The team will start preparations ahead of their return to the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations after missing out of the competition for the past seven years.
Coach Bjorkegren has a mountainous task of making an impact in Morocco after struggling to record impressive results in his past friendly games where the Black Queens have only recorded a win in six games. In their recent two-game international friendly series against Ivory Coast in Abidjan, Ghana drew one match and lost the other.
The Black Queens are paired in Group C for the WAFCON against Mali, Tanzania and South Africa.
