Ghana Premier League: Didi Dramani cautiously optimistic against Dreams FC

Head coach of Hearts of Oak Mas Ud Didi Dramani is cautiously optimistic ahead of their week 19 fixture against Dreams fc at the Tuba Astroturf.

Hearts of Oak squeezed a 1-0 victory out of new boys Hohoe United during their week 18 match at the Legon Sports Stadium last weekend and Didi Dramani is looking forward to grinding another victory on Friday at 3:30 GMT.

“I think that we picked lessons from our previous games and always our previous games are a strong antidote to our coming games. We look at the challenges that we envisage in those games, we look at the lining part of those games to consolidate our strength,” Didi Dramani told Hearts TV.

Didi Dramani says the Phobians will strive to keep their identity against Dreams fc who posted a 3-0 victory over Heart of Lions in week 18.

“And so we will continue to keep our identity in terms of our strength and then the challenges that we had in those games are what we are working on and we also have to think about the strength of our opponents because we acknowledge that they are a force to reckon with when it comes to the league and so we will respect that and we will stick to our strength and we will want compete to win at the end of the day.”

Hearts of Oak have recorded three wins, one draw and a defeat in their last five matches, collecting 31 points same as rivals Asante Kotoko after 18 matches. They have conceded the least number of goals of seven, scoring 12 times. Dreams FC currently occupy the 9th spot with 23 points from 18 matches with seven wins, two draws and nine losses.
