Dreams FC’s head coach Winfred Dormon has shared his opinion ahead of their mountainous week 14 Ghana Premier League fixture against Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The “Still Believe Boys” are guests of the Porcupine Warriors at the Baba Yara Stadium in a game where coach Winfred Dormon needs three points to drift farther from the bottom half of the table.
The 2023 CAF Confederation Cup semi finalists made a jerky start to the season but they recovered temporarily to claw a few points to keep them afloat.
Winfred Dormon said: “We have Asante Kotoko and it is going to be a tall order. Last season we went there and they really walloped us [but] this time we want to go there and return with a decent result,” Winfred Dormon told Dreams fc TV.
“Yes it’s not going to be easy, we know Kotoko [that] last four games they are yet to pick a win so they will also respond and respond very well at the Kumasi Sports Stadium but I can promise that the game is going to be very interesting to watch.”
Dreams FC sit in 14th on the league table with 14 points from 13 league matches this campaign. The match day 14 fixture between Bibiani Gold Stars and Medeama has been postponed following Medeama’s release of five players to the senior team B for their international friendly against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana on December 16.
