Nations FC will look to recover from their goalless draw in week eight at Bechem United as they host new boys, Hohoe United in the next fixture.
The Abrankese Boys are home to the newly promoted side at the Dr. Kyei Sports Complex in a week nine fixture on Friday, a game head coach, Stephen Frimpong Manso looks to claim all three points.
“One cannot underestimate any club these days because they are qualified from Division One, I don’t believe in those narratives [because] it’s about how you will approach the game and we are treating it like any other game,” Frimpong Manso told Nations FC TV.
“We have dropped a couple of home points which we have to try and correct and in our last home game we scored three goals but we conceded twice so it means we are scoring but we have to avoid conceding.
“We will put all our energy into the game and all we need is to get the maximum points.
Frimpong Manso has promised to turn things around for Nations FC following his appointment as Kassim Mingle Ocansey’s replacement last month.
His first assignment was leading his charges to a goalless draw against Bechem United at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park in week 8. He previously had a stint with Gold Stars, a club he guided to last season’s Ghana Premier League title.
