Head coach of Hearts of Oak Mas Ud Didi Dramani has stressed the need to augment his squad before the second transfer window closes.
The Phobians have conceded the least goals of seven after the first half of the season, a defensive feat that has elicited applause from the club’s teeming fans.
The 2000 CAF Champions League winners have however struggled to score more, managing just 11 goals in 17 games.
Coach Didi Dramani first opened up on the numerous chances that were wasted during their 1-0 loss to Medeama SC in week 17 at the Tarkwa TnA Park.
“You saw the chance we had in the first half and you saw the chance we had in the second half. These chances you don’t miss them but we are still work in progress,” Didi Dramani said.
Mas Ud Didi Dramani stressed the need to make some additions to his squad if funds are made available.
“If we have the solution to do that, why not, it’s very important.”
The second registration window for the 2025/26 season opened on Tuesday, December 16 and will close on Thursday, January 15 11:59 GMT.
Hearts of Oak sit in 5th on the league table with 28 points and their last four matches include two wins, one draw and one loss.
