Head coach of Aduana FC Cioaba Aristica has admitted that Hearts of Oak gave his side a good run in their week 15 Ghana Premier League fixture on Sunday at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
The two time Ghana Premier League winners knocked hard in search of their second straight win after beating Heart of Lions 1-0 the previous week at the Kpando Stadium.
Hearts of Oak’s superb display however pinned the entire proceedings goalless and Cioaba Aristica gave an account of the nerve-wracking encounter.
“Don’t forget we played Hearts of Oak and Hearts of Oak is one good team [and] they also came here to win the game and if I have to be fair the goalless draw is a faire result for the game,” Cioaba Aristica said after the game.
Notwithstanding the goalless draw, Aduana remain on top of the league table with 28 points, two better than Medeama who have a game in hand ahead of their week 15 fixture against Basake Holy Stars.
