Head coach of Hearts of Oak Mas Ud Didi Dramani has indicated the club needed to bounce back to winning ways after picking two points from their last three games prior to meeting Vision FC in week 12.
The Phobians put one goal past Vision FC at the Legon Sports Stadium on Sunday courtesy Mawuli Wayo’s late first half header.
Didi Dramani gave rave reviews about his charges after their victory, citing a lot of valuable lessons despite a lackluster performance.
“The most important thing was that, it was key that we needed to bounce back to winning ways so irrespective of where we were playing, it didn’t matter. What is important is that we needed to change and do things rightly and so fundamentally it was just to bounce back from our ways of drawing ways,” Didi Dramani said.
“I have always said that, there are so many things that we need to keep improving in my team and we are progressing and once you are improving you develop. We will not stop training. The only aspect that we will not stop doing is to try at all times.
“We will keep believing in what we do in training and they will be fine and once we are creating there is the possibility that the scoring rate will improve.”
Hearts of Oak lost to Asante Kotoko by 1-0 before collecting two draws against Young Apostles and All Blacks, results that elicited anger from the supporters.
The slim victory put Hearts of Oak 21 points from 12 matches, same as sworn rivals Asante Kotoko who drew 2-2 at home to Medeama SC.
