Ghana Premier League: Ibrahim Tanko eyes improved Medeama goal scoring rate

Medeama SC will look to go back to the summit of the Ghana Premier League table when they host All Black Stars on Sunday.

The Mauve and Yellow will welcome the premier league returnees to the Tarkwa TnA Park in a week seven fixture and head coach of Medeama Ibrahim Tanko is looking to improve on goal scoring.

Medeama aims to improve on goal scoring against All Blacks

“When we started the first two games, the goals came and in the last game we created a lot of chances but we couldn’t score so definitely we will work on it and we hope that against All Blacks, everything will be fine,” Ibrahim Tanko told MEDi TV.

“We are playing as a team so definitely we have options if a team is playing a defensive game or any kind of tactics we will have an antidote for that so we are going to use that and we will hope that it will work for us.”

Medeama SC have collected an impressive 13 points this campaign from six matches and will look to claim all three points.
