Ghana Premier League: Kotoko winger Inusah Adam promises to work on goal scoring

Asante Kotoko winger Adam Inusah has promised to work on his goal scoring abilities in the Ghana Premier League.

The 24-year-old was in superb form for the Porcupine Warriors in their 1-0 win over Dreams fc in week 14 at the Baba Yara Stadium last weekend.

His superlative performance won him Man-of-the-Match and he shared his thoughts on the victory that ended their four matches’ winless jinx.

Inusah Adam has played nine games without a goal

“It’s not easy to go four matches without a win so we planned to beat Dreams FC at all costs to appease the fans because it is not easy to play four matches without a win so we are happy,” Adam Inusah said.

The former West Africa Football Academy and Kotoku Royals forward has promised to start scoring after going nine games without registering his name on the sheet.

“The fans should expect more from us, I want to assure them that I will soon start scoring the goals.”

Asante Kotoko’s 1-0 win shot them into third on the league table with 24 points, same as rivals Hearts of Oak after 14 matches played in the current campaign. Their week 15 fixture is away to bottom placed Eleven Wonders on Wednesday December 24.
