The Week 28 Ghana Premier League games produced mixed results with Medeama SC losing their lead after the round of matches across various venues.
The Mauve and Yellow had a tough time going past Bechem United at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park with the entire proceedings ending 1-1 on Saturday.

The result sank them into second spot on 50 points, one point below reigning champions GoldStars who defeated Nations FC 2-1 at the Duns Park on Sunday.
With six matches to end the season, Medeama must work above themselves to stand the chance of lifting their second top flight title.
GoldStars, on the other hand, will look to return to continental football to make amends after a horrible campaign last term where they suffered a 7-0 aggregate loss to Algeria’s JS Kabylie over two legs.

Record FA Cup holders, Hearts of Oak earned their first win in five matches after Frank Abora Duku’s first half strike.
The lanky striker pounced onto a pass before shrugging off his marker to slot in beautifully from inside the area in the 35th minute mark.
