Ghana Premier League side Nsoatreman FC have not been impressive this term - mostly struggling with their second half performances.
Last season’s CAF Confederation Cup campaigners have posted subpar output under head coach Yaw Preko who replaced ex-Ghana international Maxwell Konadu. The challenge is a source of worry for the current coach who wants to right the wrongs before the league resumes after the Ghana elections on December 7.
“Our second half has not been good this season. We often lose focus in most of our games and once the league is on break, we will ensure we fix it before it bounces back,” Yaw Preko told Pan-Africa Football.
“We have to work on our shortfalls before the league resumes next week.” He added.
Nsoatreman have managed to claw just three wins, four draws and five defeats after 12 Ghana Premier League matches this season. The FA Cup holders sit 11th on the league table with five matches to end the first round of the 2024/25 season.
Their next encounter when the league resumes after the elections would be at home to another struggling side and last two season’s CAF Confederation Cup semi finalists, Dreams FC.
