Two time FA Cup champions Medeama SC fired the weekend open with a big win in their first home match of the season against Vision FC on Friday, September 19.
The Mauve and Yellow unleashed their venom on Vision FC when right-back, Kamaradini Mamudu shot them ahead with just 18 minutes played at the Tarkwa TnA Park. Abdul Salam made the score line 2-0 in the 32nd minute heading into the break with a comfortable lead.
Emmanuel Owusu and Ibrahim Nurudeen scored a goal each to end the proceedings for coach Ibrahim Tankoβs charges at 4-0 in full time to notch a one hundred percent record in two games.

There was a big win for last seasonβs second placed team, Heart of Lions who routed Eleven Wonders by 4-1 at their own backyard. Newly promoted side, Hohoe United were denied a historic first home win when they relinquished a 1-0 lead to draw 1-1 at home to Young Apostles.

Premier League returnees, All Blacks humbled former champions, Berekum Chelsea by 3-0 on Sunday with coach Evans Adotey leading Holy Stars to hold Bechem United at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park to a goalless draw. A new look Karela United pulled a point at Samartex after a 1-1 draw game with Aduana Stars recovering from their opening day loss at Karela United to pip Nations FC by 1-0 at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
The fixture between Gold Stars and Kotoko was postponed due to their involvement in continental campaign. The final game of the week two fixtures will be cleared on Monday, September 22 where Dreams fc host Hearts of Oak.
