Official: Ghazl El Mahalla Sign Nigerian forward Williams Sunday on three-year deal

Egyptian side Ghazl El Mahalla have announced the signing of Nigerian striker Williams Sunday as part of their summer transfer window reinforcements.

The 25-year-old forward joins the club from Nigerian Premier League side Niger Tornadoes, signing a three-year contract with the historic Egyptian outfit.

The club unveiled the new signing with a confident message on their official Facebook page:

Sunday featured in 17 matches last season, scoring 4 goals.

Last season, Ghazl El Mahalla endured a difficult campaign, finishing bottom of the Egyptian Premier League table. However, due to a league-wide decision to cancel relegation, the team avoided the drop and now looks to rebuild under new leadership.
