Süper Lig side Goztepe sign midfielder Musah Mohammed

Ghanaian midfielder Musah Mohammed has been signed by Turkish Süper Lig club Göztepe Spor Kulübü from second tier club Bodrumspor for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old who spent over six years in Ghanaian club football, signed for Bodrum in 2022, helping them gain promotion.

Musah Mohammed signed a three-and-a-half-year deal to stay at the Gursel Aksel Stadium with the club taking to their social media handles to announce the move.

“We have signed 2002 born midfielder Musah Mohammed a 3.5+1 year contract with club option. Welcome to our family Musah Mohammed!”

Mohammed joined Bodrumspor from Ankaraspor in 2022 after previously playing for Berekum Chelsea and AshantiGold in Ghana.

Mohammed made 25 appearances and registered four assists in his debut Süper Lig campaign during the 2024/25 campaign for Bodrum before collecting 19 appearances the following season.

Göztepe currently sit fourth on the Turkish Süper Lig table with 39 points behind Trabzonspor, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray after 20 league games.
