Harambee Starlets defender Enez Mango extends FC Farul Constanta stay

Kenya national women’s team Harambee Starlets and FC Farul Constanta left-back Enez Mango will be staying at the Romanian Super Liga Feminin champions for another season after agreeing to a contract extension.

A statement from the club’s official website confirmed that the 31-year-old had signed a new contract that will be valid until the end of the 2025-2026 season, in which she hopes to add new trophies to her list.

On signing the deal, Mango said: “It was easy to sign a new contract with Farul because they offer the best conditions in Romania and here we won two titles.

“I hope that in the new season, we will bring at least one more trophy. Now we will focus on the Champions League, where we want a better course than last year.”

A key player in the Lighthouse team since her transfer in October 2022, Mango has won two championship titles with the team. Mango made her debut for the national team in a 2022 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against South Sudan.
