Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Mas Ud Didi Dramani has stressed the need for the club to remain consistent in the Ghana Premier League.
The most successful club in Ghana sank Samartex in match week 16 of the Ghana Premier League on Friday, making it back-to-back home wins.
Striker, Hamza Issah was well positioned to score Mawuli Wayo’s assist in the penalty area, a goal that separated the two sides after full time at the Legon Sports Stadium.
Coach Didi Dramani under whose supervision Hearts of Oak have lost twice in 16 games, believes the results must be consistent.
“We have to be deliberate and to be deliberate means that this is how we have to go, we have to be consistent. The consistency is that, you will see us doing the same things all over again and the last part is that we need to understand each other and be patient,” Didi Dramani said after the game.
“If we are talking about identity, there will be times when there are challenges, there will be times when we will show our strengths so when the challenges come we need to bear with it.
“For me in my team every player is important, I’ve played every player [and] the young ones I’m bringing them at the right time so that they can be more adaptive.”
The experienced coach has masterminded seven victories, seven draws with two losses as Hearts of Oak sit in second on the league table with 28 points, same as leaders Aduana FC. They will conclude the first half of the season with a trip to another title contenders, Medeama in week 17 at the Tarkwa TnA Park on Sunday, January 4 at 3:00 GMT.
