Congolese giants TP Mazembe have strengthened their midfield with the arrival of youngster, Henock Monga Nday.
The 21-year-old attacking midfielder who is joining from FC Tanganyika, signed with the Ravens last January on a three-and-a-half-year contract but has now been officially announced as their latest capture.
Having been in Lubumbashi for several days for assessment, the young player is embarking on a new and important chapter in his burgeoning career.
Having made his name with FC Tanganyika, Henock Nday distinguished himself by his ability to energize the attacking play. Possessing excellent vision, he is particularly adept at directing attacks and delivering the final pass.
A technically gifted and mobile midfielder, Nday also has a strong ability to push forward and support attacking moves.
His agility and game reading also allow him to actively participate in pressing and winning back possession. With his profile, he represents an additional option for the coaching staff in organizing the attacking line.
Having arrived in Lubumbashi on January 23, 2026, his adaptation and gradual integration into the Ravens squad will be key to allowing him to fully realize his potential.
TP Mazembe recently appointed 51-year-old Algerian Slimane Raho as their new head coach, following the departure of Senegalese Lamine Mamadou Ndiaye.
They have played 17 matches this campaign, collecting 40 points in second on the table, two points behind leaders St. Eloi Lupopo.
