Ghanaian star Iñaki Williams delivered an outstanding performance to lead Athletic Bilbao to a 2-1 victory over Real Betis in Round 29 of La Liga.
Williams played a decisive role in both goals, providing two assists in the first half. He set up Dani Vivian for the opener in the 25th minute before assisting Oihan Sancet again just before halftime in the 45th minute.

The 31-year-old’s creativity proved crucial as Bilbao secured an important win to keep their push for a European qualification spot on track.
With this victory, Athletic Bilbao climb to ninth place in the La Liga standings with 38 points, closing the gap to just three points behind Celta Vigo, who currently occupy sixth place — the spot that secures qualification for the UEFA Europa Conference League.
This marks the second time this season that Williams has registered two assists in a single La Liga match. He previously recorded a brace of assists in Athletic Bilbao’s 4-2 victory over Levante. Williams now has 2 goals and 4 assists in the league this campaign.
