Algerian international Ibrahim Maza delivered another standout performance on Saturday as Bayer Leverkusen fell 2–1 to Borussia Dortmund in Matchday 12 of the Bundesliga.
Despite the loss, Maza left a clear mark on the game, providing an assist in the 83rd minute. He sent a cross to the box where his teammate Kofane finished with a brilliant touch to score Leverkusen’s only goal after Dortmund had taken a 2–0 lead.

Maza played the full 90 minutes, producing a strong showing for the second match in a row. His performance follows his impressive outing in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday against Manchester City, where he also registered an assist.
This season, Maza has made 19 appearances across all competitions, scoring three goals and delivering two assists, solidifying his status as a key figure in Bayer Leverkusen’s squad.
