Ndiaye, 25, has been linked with Manchester United as a possible replacement for Marcus Rashford if the England international permanently leaves. Rashford is on loan at La Liga side, FC Barcelona with an option to buy.
Clubs which are interested in Ndiaye must now cough out nothing less than least £70 million (€80 million) to stand the chance of landing his signature next summer.
The price tag according to Teamtalk, which broke the story, will only serve to initiate negotiations, as Everton are in no hurry to part with Ndiaye who scored one goal in six games as Senegal pip hosts Morocco to win the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, their second trophy.
The former Sheffield Wednesday and Olympique Marseille forward has a contract with Everton until 2029.
