18-year-old Nigerian left back Isaac Afolabi has officially left Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Abia Warriors to join Albanian top flight club KF Laçi.

This was announced by KF Laçi via their social media handle, in a post where they welcomed the youngster as their first signing of the window and gave details of this contract with the Albania side

“Isaac Lawal Afolabi joins the Black and Whites immediately after the parties have reached an agreement for the next four seasons.”

“The Nigerian left-back has been regularly activated with the Abia Warriors in the Nigerian elite and is set to join our team in this new adventure. KF Laçi wishes success to the 18-year-old with the white and black shirt!”

Afolabi made 24 league appearances for Abia Warriors. He helped the Umuahia-based club qualify for the 2025-26 CAF Confederation Cup last season and was one of the outstanding performers for Abia Warriors during the last campaign after joining the 2024 Federation Cup finalists from Shooting Stars in 2023.
