A brief statement from the FBN Premiership outfit says the 21-year-old Argentine has joined them from the United Arab Emirates Pro League club Al Bataeh FC.
“He [Melgarejo] has signed a one-year contract with an option to extend for an additional year. We can’t wait to see him on the pitch,” the statement reads.
The former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Fredericks recently signed a 15-year management contract with a sporting consortium which he leads. The consortium is called Stanton Fredericks Sports Group.
