Ladan Bosso promises improvements from Barau FC ahead of next NPFL clash

Ladan Bosso, the technical adviser of Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, Barau FC has assured that his team will learn from their mistakes and improve in their upcoming home fixture against Bendel Insurance.

Barau FC fell to a 2-0 defeat to Bayelsa United in their matchday two fixture. In a pre-match press conference, a determined Bosso reflected on the recent defeat, acknowledging the need for a tactical reset.

“We did all we could, but the victory wasn’t ours. Indeed, we will go back and correct our mistakes before our next home game.”

Bosso’s side will host Bendel Insurance in a crucial encounter for both sides at the Sani Abacha Stadium, which serves as the temporary home ground for Barau FC.

Both teams are seeking their first win of the season, is set to take place this weekend. The newly promoted side’s defeat to Bayelsa United in their last match, coupled with a goalless draw against Enyimba on the opening day, has left the team with just one point from two games, positioning them precariously at 18th in the NPFL standings.
