The former Morocco U-23 international now has an impressive 17 goals in 23 league matches after scoring two second half goals to make the difference for the club based in the Portuguese Riviera. In an entertaining match, visitors Gil Vicent took the lead through a Murilo de Souza penalty before Felix Bacher equalized for the hosts in the 22nd minute.
Both teams created good opportunities but it was the Moroccan who stepped up to give his team the victory. After two matches without a goal, he combined with João Carvalho and the Portuguese midfielder sent a low cross for Begraoui to hit a shot with his left foot that just snuck by Lucão in the Gil Vicente goal.

And six minutes later, the result was sealed through the same combination. Begraoui got on the end of a Carvalho through pass and fired a rocket of a shot with his right foot past the keeper.
For his efforts, the in form forward was voted Man of the Match. After a solid 2024-25 season where he scored 11 league goals, the 24-year-old has taken his game to an unprecented level. Estoril are now in sixth place on the league table ahead of a massive test against reigning champions Sporting CP on Friday.
