Malawian attacker Patrick Mwaungulu has reacted to his scoring debut for TP Mazembe on Wednesday.
The forward scored for Mazembe during the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s top flight Linafoot playoff match against Aigles du Congo. The ex-FCB Nyasa Big Bullets star also netted against the Ravens while on loan at CS Don Bosco last week. CS Don Bosco had lost 2-1 to TP Mazembe in that game.
Reacting to his goal for TP Mazembe via his Facebook page, the Flames player said: "A debut to forget but I’m proud to be back and to score my first goal on my debut with the Ravens."
Last week, Mwaungulu had said he was gutted losing to his parent club TP Mazembe. Little did he know that was his last game with CS Don Bosco. With his loan spell over, Mazembe boss Lamine Ndiaye recalled the Malawian to the Moise Katumbi-owned team alongside compatriot Lanjesi Nkhoma.
