Marius Mouandilmadji: Chad striker extends contract with Samsunspor

Chad international Marius Mouandilmadji has extended his contract with Samsunspor for two more seasons.

The 27-year-old forward has committed his future to the club until 2028 with the Turkish Super Lig side taking to social media to announce the contract extension.

“This season’s top scorer, Marius Mouandilmadji, will continue to be with us in our red-white jersey until 2028.” The announcement read.

The extension signifies Samsunspor’s commitment to the player and their belief in his future contributions to the team. Mouandilmadji’s previous contract was set to expire in 2026.

The Doba born attacker scored ten goals in 30 league appearances last season as Samsunspor finished third in the Super Lig on 64 points to book the Europa League qualification slot for next season. He collected 64 games, scoring nineteen times with six assists in all competitions last season.

The former FC Porto and Seraing enforcer is capped 20 times by the Chad senior team, scoring two goals for Les Sao.
