According to Get French Football News, Bayo is looking forward to making a move as playing time at Lille will be limited. The striker spent the last half of the past season on loan at Belgian side Royal Antwerp. Bayo joined Lille following a standout season at Clermont in 2022, but in the past two seasons he was out on loan with Le Havre and Antwerp.
Negotiations between Lille and Al Fayha have been ongoing, with a preliminary agreement reached last week. The Guinea national team player is expected to push for the move to be completed before the new season kicks off. The move initially will be on loan with a buyout clause worth €3 million.
