Morocco announce March squad ahead of 2026 World Cup preparations

Morocco head coach Mohamed Ouahbi has officially unveiled his squad for the March international camp, as the Atlas Lions continue their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The North African side is set to play two friendlies during the break. They will first face Ecuador on March 27, before taking on Paraguay on March 31, in what promises to be a unique test against South American oppositions.

This camp will mark the Atlas Lions’ first appearance since the controversial decision by the Confederation of African Football to award them the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title following the partial withdrawal of Senegal from the final.
