Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League champions Kenya Police FC have started their restructuring process in readiness to defend the title and taking part in the CAF Champions League.
According to a statement on their social media pages, the law enforcers have parted ways with midfielder Kenneth Muguna, striker Jesse Were and Duncan Otieno.
On the exit of Muguna, the club said: “After two seasons with us, we bid farewell to Kenneth Muguna. The midfielder played an important role in our League and Cup triumphs, and his contributions will be remembered fondly.
“Thank you, Junior. Wishing you all the best in your journey ahead.”
On Otieno, the club wrote: “Thank you, Dunco! Duncan Otieno’s second stint with us comes to an end. We thank the midfielder for his commitment and contribution to the club, and we wish him all the best in his next chapter.”
The club also praised Were by saying: “Farewell, King Jesse. Jesse Were departs the club after a successful season, signing off as a league champion. We thank Jesse for his professionalism, dedication, and impact during his time with us. Wishing him all the best in his future endeavors.”
Police won their first ever Premier League title last season after finishing ahead of record champions Gor Mahia.
