Esenu, who joined the club in January as a free agent from Uganda Premier League BUL FC, netted three goals despite the team’s relegation from the Rwanda Premier League. His goals included crucial strikes against Gasogi United, Amagaju, and Rutsiro FC, earning him the club’s Player of the Month accolade for April.
Vision FC also featured Ugandans Michael Lutaaya (goalkeeper) and former Mbarara City defender Junior Ainamani. Esenu is now a free agent and has previously turned out for Soana FC, KCCA FC, Vipers SC, Kirinya JSS, BUL FC, and Rwanda’s Rayon Sports.
