Nabil Dunga injury update: Will Zamalek midfielder be fit for Egypt Cup final?

Zamalek midfielder Nabil Emad “Dunga” has been diagnosed with a rib contusion following medical tests and scans, according to Dr. Mohamed Osama, head of the club’s medical staff.

Dr. Osama confirmed that the scans ruled out any fractures or breaks, and that the player will be fit and available for the upcoming Egypt Cup final against Pyramids FC.

Donga sustained the injury during Zamalek’s match against Pharco on Saturday in the final round of the Nile Egyptian League title phase, and was substituted at half-time.

The Egypt Cup final is scheduled for Thursday, June 5 at Cairo International Stadium. The kick off will be at 5:30 PM GMT.
