Senegal international Nicolas Jackson was among the goals as FC Bayern hammered St. Pauli 5-0 on Saturday to extend their lead in the Bundesliga to 12 points.
Jamal Musiala handed Bayern an early lead, with Leon Goretzka, Michael Olise, Jackson and Raphaël Guerreiro scoring after the break. It meant Munich broke the Bundesliga’s single-season scoring record with 105 goals this campaign.

Bayern were dominant throughout and took an early lead when Laimer’s cross found Musiala, who headed home.
It was Bayern’s 101st goal this campaign, equalling the Bundesliga record from 1971-72. Jackson’s deflected shot hit the bar before Olise fired wide from 15 yards as the Bavarians pushed for more.
Back in the starting lineup after his sending-off against Bayer Leverkusen, Jackson boosted his stats in a Bayern Munich shirt.
The goal was the first in the league since March 6 for Jackson who has combined for three goal involvements, 12 shots and four chances created over his last three league appearances.
During the game, Senegalese midfielder Bara Sapoko Ndiaye was handed his first start by manager Vincent Kompany. Having arrived at Bayern last winter from Gambinos Stars Africa, the Senegalese midfielder played the final five minutes of the match.
