Pyramids FC have officially completed the signing of talented Brazilian winger Ewerton da Silva as part of the club’s ambitious plan to strengthen the squad ahead of the demanding 2025/2026 season that includes domestic, continental, and international competitions.
Everton da Silva, 28, joins the African champions from Baník Ostrava in the Czech Republic, having previously featured for several clubs like Slavia Prague, FK Pardubice, FK Mlada Boleslav and FC ViOn Zlate Moravce-Vrable.
In 70 appearances for Baník Ostrava across all competitions, the Brazilian made a vey good impact, directly contributing to 43 goals — 30 goals scored and 13 assists — showcasing his dual threat as both a finisher and creator.
The name of Brazilian winger Everton da Silva had previously been linked with a move to Al Ahly, as the Cairo giants entered negotiations with the player and his club last January. However, the talks ultimately fell through, and the deal did not materialize.
Pyramids FC are set to compete in multiple tournaments in the upcoming season, including the Egyptian Premier League, Egypt Cup, Egyptian Super Cup, CAF Champions League, CAF Super Cup, and FIFA Intercontinental Cup.
