Lwasa arrives from Kagera Sugar, where he was a standout performer despite the club suffering relegation.
He netted eight goals last season, underlining his consistency and attacking threat.
Known for his versatility, he can operate both as a central striker and on either flank, a quality that Pamba Jiji hopes will significantly strengthen their offensive unit as they target an improved finish.
Pamba Jiji ended the previous league season 11th on the table with 34 points from 30 matches, and Lwasa’s arrival is seen as a boost to their attacking options going into the new campaign, which kicks off on Wednesday, 17th September.
The forward brings with him vast experience, having previously played for URA FC and KCCA FC in Uganda, as well as a long spell in Kenya with Kariobangi Sharks, Gor Mahia, and Sofapaka. He also had a stint at Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
