PSL announce dates and venues for Carling Knockout quarter-finals

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has officially announced the full schedule, including dates, kick-off times, and venues, for the highly anticipated Carling Knockout Cup quarter-finals, setting the stage for two action-packed weekends later this month.

The last-eight clashes, which promise to be high on drama following the shock elimination of giants Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns in the previous round, will span the weekend of October 25th and 26th, and conclude during the midweek of October 28th and 29th, 2025.

Eight sides remain in the competition vying for the R6.85 million winner’s cheque: Orlando Pirates, Magesi FC, Richards Bay FC, Durban City FC, Stellenbosch FC, Marumo Gallants, Lamontville Golden Arrows, and TS Galaxy.

The headline fixture of the quarter-finals features a fierce rematch as Orlando Pirates host defending champions Magesi FC. The Buccaneers will be seeking a measure of revenge after Magesi famously eliminated them in the first round of the tournament last season.

Midweek fixtures will see the highly charged Pirates-Magesi showdown, followed by Marumo Gallants hosting Stellenbosch FC, the team that knocked out Kaizer Chiefs in the Round of 16.
