Pyramids FC delivered a dominant performance to beat ENPPI SC 4-0 on Friday, securing a place in the final of the Egypt Cup for the 2025–2026 season.
The semi-final clash, held at Petro Sport Stadium, saw Pyramids impose their control early and maintain it throughout the match.
Pyramids opened the scoring in the 15th minute after a brilliant attacking move. Mahmoud Zalaka dribbled past defenders before squaring the ball to Mostafa Ziko, who slotted it home to make it 1-0.
The lead was doubled in the 35th minute after the referee awarded a penalty following a VAR review for an elbow on Zalaka inside the box. Nasser Maher stepped up and converted to give Pyramids a 2-0 advantage.
The third goal came in the 53rd minute through a well-worked team move. Mohannad Lasheen initiated the attack, linking up with Ziko before the ball reached Nasser Maher, who fired a shot into the left corner to grab his second goal of the match and Pyramids’ third.
Just eight minutes later, Zalaka capped off an outstanding display with a volley that slipped under the ENPPI goalkeeper, making it 4-0.
With this emphatic victory, Pyramids reach the Egypt Cup final for the third consecutive season and the fifth time in their history. They have previously lifted the trophy once and will now aim to add a second title.
Pyramids are set to face ZED FC in the final on May 10, 2026.
