Tunisia national team midfielder Aïssa Laïdouni was awarded the Man of the Match in the victory, scoring the second goal to put his team ahead 2-0 after Yusuf Abdurisag put the visitors ahead inside the opening five minutes.
It was a strong performance from Wakra, who were in need of a victory following a four-match winless streak. Before halftime, they moved beyond reach when Laïdouni set up Algerian forward Redouane Berkane for a finish where the former JS Kabylie star humiliated Qatar SC goalkeeper Ali Nader Mahmoud before tapping in.

And in the second half, it was Moroccan playmaker Amine Zouhzouh who added one more goal for the visitors on the hour mark. Qatar SC found a late consolation but are now only two points clear of Friday’s opponents in 6th place following the result.
