Sébastien Haller appears to be moving closer to a move away from Borussia Dortmund, with several clubs expressing interest in securing the Ivorian striker's services before the summer transfer window. This is the case with Lille in France.
Although no formal agreement has been reached, negotiations are reportedly ongoing with French club Lille considering making an offer depending on the progress of discussions with Sébastien Haller's representatives at Borussia Dortmund.
After a turbulent season marked by limited opportunities and untapped potential, the 29-year-old Ivorian striker is reportedly no longer part of Borussia Dortmund's long-term plans. Haller spent all of the 2024-25 season on loan with an unsuccessful spell in Spain before spending the second half of the campaign at FC Utrecht in the Netherlands where he scored four goals in sixteen Eredivise games.
With just one year remaining on Haller's current contract, his club is open to offers, thus far sparking speculation about a possible transfer.
